On 16th October 2013, Facebook lowered its age rule to allow teens to post publicly and this has set a wave of acceptance from all ends. Until now a teenager below the age of 18 years could only post content that would be visible to their friends and friends of friends. They could not make their posts go public owing to the privacy settings set by Facebook
