Jack Dorsey, CEO of Square Inc. and Co-founder and Chairman of Twitter has joined Walt Disney’s Board of Directors. As per the announcements made by Disney on December 23, 2013 and their website, the Co-creator of Twitter has joined Walt Disney’s Board of Directors as an independent director.
